This document explains how we handle data when you use our website (naturaumana.ai), our AI-powered personal agents (tinyPeople), our messaging-based agent services delivered through WhatsApp, iMessage, and Telegram, the NatureOS application, and HumanPods hardware (collectively, the "Services").

Privacy is not just a policy at Natura Umana — it is foundational to our mission. We built our Services with a zero-storage architecture because we believe your conversations and personal data should remain yours.

2. Our Core Privacy Principles

Before going into the details, here is what matters most:

• We do not store your personal data. Natura Umana does not hold user data on its own servers. We have no database of user profiles, conversation logs, or personal information.
• All data in transit is encrypted. Any data that passes through our Services is protected with end-to-end encryption during transmission.
• Authentication is handled by a third party. We use Composio as our sole authentication provider. We do not store your login credentials, passwords, or authentication tokens.

3. How Our Services Work (and Where Your Data Lives)

Understanding where your data resides requires understanding how our architecture works.

Messaging Platform Agents (WhatsApp, iMessage, Telegram)

Our tinyPeople agents live inside third-party messaging platforms. When you interact with a tinyPerson through WhatsApp, iMessage, or Telegram:

• Your messages are transmitted through the messaging platform's own infrastructure, subject to that platform's encryption and privacy practices.
• Natura Umana processes your messages in real time to generate responses. We do not retain copies of your conversations after processing.
• Any memories that tinyPeople develop from your conversations are associated with your agent profile and are under your direct control (see Section 6 below).

Authentication via Composio

Composio is our sole sign-in provider. When you authenticate:

• Your credentials are handled entirely within Composio's secure infrastructure.
• Natura Umana receives only the minimum information necessary to identify your account and connect you to your tinyPeople — we do not receive or store your passwords.
• Composio's handling of your data is governed by their own privacy policy, which we encourage you to review.

NatureOS Application

NatureOS connects to HumanPods and serves as an interface for tinyPeople. The app processes interactions locally on your device where possible and relies on the same encrypted communication channels described above for any data transmitted to our Services.

HumanPods Hardware

HumanPods are wireless earbuds that provide voice access to tinyPeople. Audio captured by HumanPods is processed for voice commands and is not stored by Natura Umana after processing.

Website (naturaumana.ai)

When you visit our website, we may collect minimal, standard web analytics data (such as page views and general traffic patterns) to understand how visitors use our site. We do not use this data to identify individual users. We do not use advertising or targeting cookies.

4. What Data We Do NOT Collect

To be explicitly clear, Natura Umana does not collect or store:

• Passwords or authentication credentials (handled by Composio).
• Full conversation transcripts or message logs.
• Biometric data from HumanPods or voice interactions beyond real-time processing.
• Financial information (payment processing is handled by third-party providers).
• Location data, unless you explicitly share it with a tinyPerson during a conversation.
• Data from your messaging platform accounts beyond what is necessary to deliver our agent service within that conversation.

5. What Minimal Data We May Process

While we do not store personal data, certain minimal data is processed transiently (in real time, without retention) to deliver our Services:

• Message content: Processed in real time to generate tinyPeople responses. Not retained after the response is delivered.
• Voice input: When using HumanPods, voice is converted to text for processing and is not stored.
• Account identifiers: A minimal identifier from Composio is used to associate you with your tinyPeople and their memories. This identifier does not contain personal information.

6. tinyPeople Memories and Your Control

tinyPeople develop memories based on your conversations — this is how they personalize their interactions with you over time. These memories are designed to mirror how a human relationship develops naturally.

Your rights over tinyPeople memories:

• Review: You can view what any tinyPerson remembers about you at any time.
• Edit: You can modify or correct any memory.
• Delete: You can delete any or all memories at any time. Deletion is permanent.
• Scope: Memories are specific to each tinyPerson. What you share with one tinyPerson is not automatically available to another, just as in human relationships.

7. Encryption and Security

All data transmitted through our Services is encrypted using industry-standard encryption protocols. This applies to:

• Messages between you and tinyPeople agents on messaging platforms.
• Data exchanged between NatureOS, HumanPods, and our Services.
• Authentication flows through Composio.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction of data during processing.

8. Third-Party Services

Our Services integrate with third-party platforms that have their own data practices. We encourage you to review their respective privacy policies:

• WhatsApp: Operated by Meta Platforms. Subject to WhatsApp's Privacy Policy.
• iMessage: Operated by Apple Inc. Subject to Apple's Privacy Policy.
• Telegram: Operated by Telegram FZ-LLC. Subject to Telegram's Privacy Policy.
• Composio: Our authentication provider. Subject to Composio's Privacy Policy.
• Payment Processors: Any financial transactions are handled by third-party payment providers. Natura Umana does not process or store payment information.

Natura Umana is not responsible for the data practices of these third-party services.

9. Children's Privacy

Our Services are not directed at children under the age of 13 (or the applicable age of digital consent in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect or process data from children.
